Marilyn Billings (UMass Amherst Scholarly Communication & Special Initiatives Librarian) will provide insight into new scholarly communication strategies including author rights, new digital publishing models and the role of digital repositories, and Laura Quilter (UMass Amherst Copyright and Information Policy Librarian) will speak about copyright and fair use issues They will also share their experience with their Open Education Initiative.
